Amnicare 8.3 – October 2025
In Amnicare 8.3, we introduce the ability to create custom instruments, in the form of questionnaires and information sheets. We also make it easier to organize custom-created content and control who has permission to edit it.
New features
Create custom instruments
With custom instruments, you can complement the already extensive range of standardized questionnaires and journals with more tailored content for a specific organization or process. Custom-created instruments can be used in the same way as standard instruments and are created by an administrator.
Import documents with AI into custom instruments
With the help of AI, the creation of custom instruments is simplified by importing content directly from existing documents. Please note that AI import is a feature under evaluation. Contact Stretch Care if you are interested in using this functionality and participating in the evaluation.
Journal report
A new reporting function to follow up on the usage of journals.
Organizational affiliation for administrators and content
By assigning an organizational affiliation to an administrator, you can control within which part of the organization the administrator’s permissions apply.
The permissions affected in this version are the administration of Programs, Consents, and Custom instruments. A Program, Consent, or Custom instrument is assigned an organizational affiliation, which determines who has editing rights. Organizational affiliation can also be used to more easily locate and manage custom-created content.
Assigning organizational affiliation is optional.
New type of “To-do” on the home page for new follow-up responses
A new type of “To-do” is introduced on the home page, which is generated when new responses to a BCFPI follow-up are submitted.
