Visiting health care in Skåne
Meeting our customers is so enriching and important for our future development.
This time, on a Friday in April, we had the opportunity to visit Hässleholm Hospital and our newer customers and acquaintances within municipal healthcare and care in Hässleholm and Bjärnum.
Our first stop was at the Coordination Nurse Marie E. Göransson's office at the Rehabilitation Clinic in Hässleholm. Here, they have successfully created a planning of the day's flows on their board. Marie explains how Pulstavlan has become the heart for all roles and professions, providing a fantastic overview – from the patient's arrival in the reception to the completion of the treatment meeting.
I can't understand how we worked before – it was like the Stone Age with notes and running between us before we started using Pulstavlan..." describes a satisfied Marie E. Göransson, Coordination Nurse, Rehabilitation Clinic, Hässleholm Hospital.
Together with Johan Steifeldt from Region Skåne's management group for Pulstavlan, we continued to the Neurology and Rehabilitation Department at Hässleholm Hospital. Here, we met Lottie Nord, a nurse and coordinator for the department. Lottie has also been very involved in Region Skåne's work to describe the needs of healthcare for Pulstavlan to function best.
Pulstavlan is very important for our operations. We absolutely cannot do without it! Here, we check everything that needs to be done, and we look at it several times during each shift," says Lottie Nord, a nurse and coordinator at the Neurology and Rehabilitation Department, Hässleholm Hospital.
Then we headed to Bjärnum and to Lyckåsa Short-term Care Home, which has been using Pulstavlan for their planning of care and support activities since November 2022. Unit Manager Eva Körkkö with staff and IT Coordinator Fredrik Carbonnier showed us how their Pulstavla has been organized. It was inspiring to see how they found solutions for activity tags and features for a special housing. Here, we also met unit managers Maja Simonsson and Maria Erlingsson from Nybo Special Housing in Bjärnum where we went next.
On-site, together with a small working group at Nybo, Pulstavlan was created to meet the needs of their operations. After a brief introduction and tips from us, we could leave Maja and Maria who quickly grasped how Pulstavlan is built up to meet the specific requirements and needs of their operations for an overview of common planning.
Maja and Maria already saw more areas of use for their Pulstavlan. We look forward to following their journey with Pulstavlan with excitement.
Now we look forward to visiting more facilities and hearing their success stories.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to meet us in your facilities, see you soon!
